12 people (age 15 or over) will travel to El Paso, TX to serve with the Nazarene Border Initiative. This is a ministry with the people-not to the people-who are crossing the border from Mexico into the US. We will be traveling Friday and Saturday, engaging the Church and learning the culture on Sunday and in the evenings, and performing various manual labor, organizing, and other tasks on Monday through Thursday. We will then return to Olathe on Thursday after working and on Friday. Everyone who goes will have chores including cooking and cleaning. There will be instructional and meditation activities too.
