Stories of Faith: Sam's Story
- 20 years ago, Sam quit going to church because when he was in college he found out that Jews, Hindus, and Muslims are actually really nice people and not simply evil
- 8 years ago, he and his son joined troop 487 at our church's facility
- 6 years ago, he and his wife came to Scout Sunday where they heard that God goes before every person wooing them to Himself–even people of other faiths
- 5 years ago, Sam brought his family to the Alpha Course
- 2 years ago, Sam started attending weekly meetings for followers of Jesus
- And last year, Sam was elected to our church board as our building and maintenance team leader
