Our very own Bernie and Rhonda Slingerland will depart for Nairobi on January 16, 2024. They have obtained their visas for arrival in Kenya! God is leading the way for them and they are thankful for our prayers.
Rhonda will help the regional finance team and Bernie will work with the East Field's leadership team. They will come alongside and facilitate local leaders in any way they can to help build a self-supporting, sustainable, and strong Church.
There are 1.4 billion people in Africa and at least 78% of them are under the age of 30. The Church of the Nazarene is growing, and the Slingerlands are excited that God is doing a NEW THING and and that they get to be part of it!
