It's a confusing idea to them because he is present with them. "Where will he be returning from" they wonder. This type of miscommunication occurs in our relationship with people of other generations, cultures, and socioeconomic backgrounds. But Jesus' words and actions are directing us to prepare for the final expression of his coming kingdom, where every knee will bow and every tongue will confess Jesus is Lord. ## Related Content [Sermons](https://www.cccolathe.org/blog/tag/sermons) [![Image of Pastor Scott](https://www.cccolathe.org/hubfs/FC5ABDDB-DC43-47E5-AA64-4B2D97C323D9_1_201_a.jpeg)](https://www.cccolathe.org/blog/author/scott) ##### [Pastor Scott](https://www.cccolathe.org/blog/author/scott) #### [Kingdom Economics: Week 2](https://www.cccolathe.org/blog/kingdom-economics-week-2) ### INVESTING IN OTHERS | NOVEMBER 19 When Yuval Noah Harari shared the parable of the bags of money to...
